Black as leather
Every corner, every open door
Something's there, you know it's there
You swear it was there
White as snow
Every window, every door
You feel him there, following you
Following you
Paranoia
Look around you, feel him there
You know he's there, but have no proof
No evidence
Tall as the sky
Ever closer, you know
He knows you do, you know he does
Ghostly footsteps never heard
Fear consumes
You feel him near, it's soon the end
No warning at all, no signs you can see
No signs at all
Ragged breath
You want to scream, want to cry
There he is, close, nearby
Almost there
Darkness
Try to run, try all you can
He will get you, this is your end
No more
No more.

Disclaimer: Picture is not mine
If you can't tell, I played Slender.
I had played a beta version before, but I downloaded a much newer, and obviously scarier, version and...
I didn't sleep, I can't sleep. He haunts you.
You don't think you'll get scared, but it's like he's always following you, even if you played the game ages ago. He's always there.
Do you see why I wrote this poem? Then again, even writing it freaked me out in a "what if Slender Man finds out" kind of way.
Seriously, once you play it, you never go back.
